Your guild, handled.

The Discord butler for Albion Online guilds. A live killboard minutes behind the fight, raid signups that fill themselves, loot logged by a small desktop app and split to the coin, regear with receipts — all from buttons, not commands.

⏰ At 21:00 the bot pings the roster in the raid thread — mains “gather now”, bench “standby”.

Real surfaces — try them: grab a role, enter the draw. The kill card is the bot’s own render.

How it works

One raid night, start to silver

Follow a single evening through the bot, stop by stop. Every one of these is something it does on its own — the officer presses a handful of buttons all night.

  1. 19:47

    The call goes up

An officer loads a saved comp and posts it — roles, bench, gather time. One tap, not twenty minutes of pings.

    Raids & signups
  2. 19:52

    The roster fills itself

Members press a role button and the post updates live. No spreadsheet, no “who’s coming?”.

  3. 21:00

    Gather ping

At go-time the bot pings the roster in the raid thread — mains “gather now”, bench “standby”. Never @here.

  4. 21:38

    First kill card lands

Minutes after the fight: both kits with real item art, damage per participant, the victim’s gear priced in silver.

A rendered kill card thumbnail: both gear grids, fame, and the victim's kit priced in silver. Killboard
  5. 21:41

A death files its own regear

The death card carries a 🛡️ button — one press and a priced claim sits in the officer queue, card attached as evidence.

    Regear
  6. 22:58

    The loot counts itself

Members running Guild Butler Capture had every pickup logged as it dropped and uploaded on its own. The officer presses 📦 Loot: the files merge, a pasted chest log marks what reached the guild, and the report prices it from live market data.

    How loot capture works
  7. 23:05

    The loot gets settled

The gross is already filled in from the loot estimate — check it, preview, confirm. Pugs paid their full share, members credited after tax, banks fed, and the raid’s approved regears can come off the top. Reconciled to the coin.

    gross == pugs + repair + Σ nets + banks ✓

  8. 23:10

    Raffle for the roster

One draw off tonight’s roster — winner picked and paid in the same transaction, so a promise is never left hanging.

    Giveaways

Next morning: attendance logged, stats current, banks up to date, every member’s own page on the web already showing it — and nobody was DMed a spreadsheet.

The reason most guilds install it

A killboard that knows whose raid it was

Bind your Albion guild once and the bot makes the channels itself. Every kill, death and assist arrives as a rendered card — both gear grids, every participant’s damage and healing, and the victim’s whole kit priced in silver — about six minutes after the fight.

Then the part a standalone killbot cannot do: if the death falls inside one of your raid windows and the victim was on the roster, the card carries a 🛡️ Request regear button that files a claim into your existing review queue, with the card as evidence. Pugs, allies and alts on the roster are covered for deaths too, and a guild can pay part of a claim instead of all of it.

A rendered highlight kill card: full gear grids for both players, fame and silver value with a Black Market row, and per-participant damage bars.
A real highlight card, rendered by the bot’s own code — demo names, live item art.

Guild Butler Capture · desktop app

The loot counts itself

A small open-source app for Windows and macOS. It reads Albion’s network traffic as it goes past and writes every pickup to a plain text log on your machine — no account, no terminal, no sudo. Pair it with your server and the raid’s loot session shows who looted what, what reached the guild chest, and what it is worth.

  • It watches, never touches. It never types, clicks, moves or modifies anything in the game — it has no way to. The app and the capture engine are GPL-3.0 and public, so you can check.
  • Chest log in, deposit board out. Paste the guild chest log and the report marks what each member handed in — a red ❌ for what is still owed, ⚰️ for what the killboard saw them die holding.
  • Priced from live market data. On Pro, with the killboard bound, every pickup gets a silver estimate, a lone absurd listing is capped to the Black Market’s buy order, and the settle window opens with the gross already filled in. Counts are free on every plan.
  • It feeds the other boards too. Siphoned-energy readings are taken off the game’s own traffic, and one member running it keeps the 📅 daily events board current for every server on that Albion region.

Windows, and Apple Silicon Macs. It cannot see the game through a VPN or tunnel, on cloud gaming, or on an Intel Mac. Windows needs the Npcap driver — the app fetches it from its makers and checks its signature.

No more loot drama

Everyone sees where every silver went

On the right: /audit me, live in the bot. Any member can pull their full silver history — and the top line is the raid you just watched. Here’s why nobody argues afterwards:

  • Your whole history, one command. /audit me shows every silver in and out — raid splits, regears, payouts — and proves the total matches.
  • The split is posted for everyone. Who got what, right in the raid thread — pugs paid their full share on the spot, members credited after tax.
  • Wrong number? One click undoes it. And the correction shows in the history — nothing ever changes quietly.
  • Your tax comes back to you. The regear bank pays for the set you lost; the merchant bank pays whoever sells the loot.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need to learn commands?
No. Everything common runs from buttons and pop-up forms via a single /menu hub.
Does it touch my Albion account or real money?
Never. The bot tracks silver balances inside Discord — it does not connect to the game or hold real currency. The optional desktop app, Guild Butler Capture, reads Albion’s network traffic on your own computer to log pickups; it never types, clicks or changes anything in the game, and its code is public (GPL-3.0) so you can check.
How are pugs and allies handled?
They take their full, untaxed share on the spot and are never balance-tracked. Only guild members are taxed.
Is it available in my language?
Likely — the whole interface ships in five languages, including English and Українська, with more added over time.
Is the web dashboard free?
Your own page is — balance across every server, attendance, linked in-game names, your haul, your kills and your capture devices, on every plan. The guild office (economy, members, vault logs, loot sessions, paying out from the browser) is part of Pro at $5 a month; every officer action stays free in Discord.
Do I have to install the desktop app?
No. Everything else on this page works without it. It only makes the loot count itself — and a member can still drop the logger’s text file into the raid thread by hand.
